Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of the Call a Claus app and this website, provided by REAPPS LLC (“we”, “us”). By using Call a Claus, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

For parents

Call a Claus is made for families. An adult (18 or older, or the age of majority where you live) must set up the app, make purchases and agree to these terms. Children use the app with that adult’s permission and under their supervision. You are responsible for the account, the parent code and everything bought with it. By agreeing to these terms, you also consent, as the parent, to your child using Call a Claus and to the information described in our Privacy Policy being used to run their calls.

Santa is an AI character

Santa and the Grinch in Call a Claus are characters voiced by artificial intelligence, not real people. Calls are generated live and are for entertainment. We work to keep them kind and suitable for children, but the AI can make mistakes, misunderstand what it hears or say something unexpected. Please stay nearby during calls, and don’t rely on anything Santa says as advice or as a promise (including about gifts).

Calls, passes and purchases

• Calls use credits, which you buy in the app as one-time passes. There is no subscription. How much a call uses depends on how long it lasts; the app shows your balance in minutes.
• Credits don’t expire, have no cash value, can’t be exchanged for money and can only be used in Call a Claus.
• Purchases are made through Apple’s App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• If a call drops because of a problem on our side, write to us and we’ll look into restoring the credits.

Gifts and promo codes

• You can gift credits you bought to another family as a one-time code. A code works once. If it isn’t used within 60 days, or you take it back first, the credits return to you.
• Anyone holding a code can redeem it, so share it only with the family it’s meant for. We can’t replace a code someone else has already used.
• Promo codes and gift codes can’t be sold or exchanged for money.

Fair use

Please don’t:

• use Call a Claus for anything unlawful, harmful or abusive;
• try to make Santa say harmful or inappropriate things;
• copy, modify, reverse engineer or interfere with the app or its servers, or get around its limits or billing;
• resell calls, credits or codes.

We may limit or end access for anyone who does.

Our app

Call a Claus, its characters, artwork and software belong to REAPPS LLC or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the app on your Apple devices under these terms and Apple’s standard licence terms for apps.

Changes and availability

We keep improving Call a Claus, so features may change, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. We may update these terms; if a change is significant, we’ll let you know in the app or on this page before it takes effect.

Disclaimers and liability

Call a Claus is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond those stated here, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of [state / country].
